Covid 19 update

Dear Patient:

We hope this letter finds you and your family in good health. Our community has been through a lot over the last few months, and all of us are looking forward to resuming our normal habits and routines. While many things have changed, one thing has remained the same: our commitment to your safety.

Infection control has always been a top priority to our practice, which you may have seen during your visits to our office, but we have increased these procedures as an assurance to keep you protected. Our infection control processes are made so that when you receive care, it's both safe and comfortable. We want to tell you about the infection control procedures we follow in our practice to keep our patients and staff safe.

Our office follows infection control recommendations made by the American Dental Association (ADA), the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). We follow the activities of these agencies so that we are up to date on any new rulings or guidance that may be issued.

We have made these changes to help protect our patients and staff:

  1. We will communicate the new office protocols when we confirm your appointment. You will need to call the office once you arrive for your appointment (810.688.3008). We will then go over screening questions with you, and once a room is available, we will have you enter the office.
  2. We have hand sanitizer available when you enter the office. We require all patients to wear a mask in the practice to ensure no aerosols are spread. At this time our waiting room is closed. We will be disinfecting each operatory using HEPA air filters, fogging, and medical grade wipes as we have always done.
  3. All our clinical staff are outfitted with extra personal protective apparel including N95 masks and face shields in order to protect both their health, as well as yours.

We look forward to seeing you again and are happy to answer any questions you may have about the steps we take to keep you, and every patient, safe in our practice. To make an appointment, please call our office at (810) 688-3008.

Thank you for being our patient. We value your trust and loyalty and look forward to welcoming back our all of patients, neighbors, and friends.

Sincerely,

Dr. Brockriede, Dr. Naqvi, and Team
